Baked Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into small cubes.
    Place in roaster or Dutch oven. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over meat.
    Cover, simmer in 300\u00b0 oven for 6 hours or until meat is tender enough to pull apart with a fork.
    Pull all meat apart and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Any leftover barbecue may be stored in refrigerator for several days or frozen indefinitely.
    Serves 20.
