Rhubarb Strawberry Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 pkg. frozen or fresh strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, strawberries and cup of sugar in an 8 x 10-inch pan. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in the butter or oil. Add the milk and knead for several minutes. Roll out and dot with butter. Roll up the sheet of dough and slice. Place slices on fruit mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
