Chicken Breasts Italian(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, dipped in skimmed milk
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 pkg. Italian seasonings
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Dip chicken breasts in milk, then in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
