Dill Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. rice
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. dill weed or to taste
    salt and pepper
    2 c. tomato juice
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, rice, egg, parsley, onion, dill weed, salt and pepper.
    Roll into meatballs; brown in frying pan.
    Add tomato juice, water and butter.
    Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
