Pickled Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 gal. beans, cooked
    4 heads cabbage, chopped
    2 doz. or more ears of boiled corn, cut off cob
    1 box salt minus 1 c.
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients, layer alternately with salt in jar; weight down.
    Cover with cold water.
    Let stand for 1 week and pack in sterilized jars.
    Pressure 5 minutes at 10 pounds.
