Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini, unpeeled and grated
1 tsp. finely chopped chives
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
1 c. buttermilk pancake mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine everything but the oil.
Heat oil to 375\u00b0 and drop batter by tablespoonfuls into oil.
Turn once.
Cook until golden. Drain on paper towels.
