Al'S Wondermous Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 to 5 minced garlic cloves
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 small can green chilies, drained
2 tsp. cumin
4 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 to 3 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain.
Add the onion, celery and garlic to the meat; cook until the onion and celery are tender.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chilies, cumin, chili powder, oregano, bay leaves, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and enough of the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to desired sweetness.
Bring to a boil.
Add kidney beans, reduce heat and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.
