Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 small egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 pt. sour cream
shredded carrots, celery and green pepper, cut fine
cauliflower and broccoli, cut in small pieces
shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool to lukewarm.
Sprinkle yeast into 1/4 cup very warm water.
Let stand a few minutes, then stir until dissolved. Add yeast and egg to butter mixture.
Then add flour and salt; mix well.
Pour on well-greased sheet cake pan and press evenly. Fingers need to be very greasy.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, just golden brown.
Cool.
Add the dressing mix to sour cream and spread on dough.
Top with vegetables and cheese.
Cut in pieces and serve.
