Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian style fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine sour cream and mustard in shallow dish, mixing well.
    Dip each chicken breast into mustard mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 6.
