Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk (Pet)
4 1/2 c. sugar
3 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Marshmallow Whip
2 c. nuts (your preference)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring milk and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly to soft ball stage.
Add chocolate chips and butter; stir well.
Add Marshmallow Whip, nuts, salt and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into pans.
