Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (7 1/4 oz.) can crab meat
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour and add stock, stirring until smooth while over medium heat 10 minutes.
    Flake crab meat and remove cartilage.
    Add crab meat and remaining ingredients and bring to a light boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers.
