Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) whipped topping
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. strawberry gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil until clear and thick the water, cornstarch and sugar. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Cool completely.
    Stir into glaze thawed strawberries and juice.
    Set aside.
