Quick Sherbet Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. pineapple, lime or orange sherbet
10 1/2 c. ginger ale, chilled
1 large can fruit cocktail (optional)
Preparation

Just before serving, spoon sherbet into punch bowl.
Slowly pour chilled ginger ale over sherbet.
Add fruit cocktail, stirring gently.
Serve immediately.
Yield:
4 1/2 quarts.
