Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    5 c. rhubarb, fresh or frozen
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Combine with rhubarb.
    Pour into prepared pie crust, sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter. Cover with top crust, making sure to cut slits.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, lower temperature to 375\u00b0 and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
