Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red beans, cooked, drained and rinsed
    4 qt. water
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    2 tsp. garlic cloves, squished
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. cracked red pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    2 lb. low-fat smoked sausage, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook in a cast-iron Dutch oven for 1 1/2 hours on medium heat. Stir frequently.
    Best when served next day.
    Serve over cooked white or brown rice in bowls.
