Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium sized potato, mashed
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Cook potato and mash; do not season.
Add butter, vanilla and sugar and roll out thin.
Spread with peanut butter and roll up jelly roll fashion; slice.
