Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 breasts
    1 box seasoned wild rice
    1 can peas and carrots
Preparation
    Cook the chicken in a quart of water.
    Remove the chicken from the liquid and pick the meat from the bones.
    Measure the liquid so you will have the amount that the rice box calls for.
    Add water if necessary.
    Prepare the rice in the same pan that you cooked the chicken in.
    Return the chicken pieces to the rice. Add the vegetables and heat through.
    This is also good with broccoli.
