White Christmas Mousse(In Honor Of Sep Palin, Along With Greyhound) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 bars (3 oz.) white chocolate with hazelnuts
    1/3 c. warm milk
    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    1 c. whipping cream
    dash of lemon juice (fresh)
    dark chocolate curls or shavings
Preparation
    Melt the white chocolate with hazelnuts in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually add warm milk, stirring until smooth; allow to cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into chocolate mixture (the white chocolate mixture). Whip cream until stiff; fold into white chocolate mixture.
    Add lemon juice; stir lightly.
    Spoon into 1-quart glass bowl, or 6 individual stemmed dessert glasses.
    Chill at least 2 hours; garnish with dark chocolate curls or shavings.
    One may also want to place a maraschino cherry on the top to garnish.
