Ambrosia Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can apricots, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
    2 cans water
    6 mashed, fully ripe bananas
    1 can coconut (4 to 6 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix in blender and freeze in small containers.
