Aunt Ina'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 boxes chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Pressure cook whole chicken for 45 minutes.
Tear or cut meat into small pieces.
Place in bottom of casserole dish, 9 x 13-inch size preferred.
Add layer of mushrooms.
Top with undiluted soup. Mix stuffing according to box directions and add to top of casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until stuffing is browned.
