Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 lb. chuck steak, cut into 1-inch thick pieces
    1 envelope onion soup
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 green pepper
    1 can tomatoes, drain and chop (keep juice)
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line pan with foil and butter foil.
    Cut up steak, sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Mix juice, sauce and cornstarch.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
