Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into an oiled 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
