Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage
    onions
    carrots
    any other vegetable you want
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat wok real hot.
    Spray with Pam.
    Chop vegetables, add to wok, stir.
    After started good, add 1/2 cup water, more or less, depending on amount of vegetables.
    Keep turning for 30 or 45 minutes.
