Cinnamon Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. shortening
6 to 7 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
butter, softened
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Stir in 1 3/4 cup warm water, 3 tablespoon sugar, salt, shortening and 3 1/2 cups flour. Beat smooth.
Mix in raisins and flour to handle.
