Quick Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tuna packed in water
    2 c. crushed crackers
    1 egg (may use 2)
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Drain water from tuna.
    Add crackers, egg, parsley and onion. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
