Antipasto Rollups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hard salami, sliced thin
    6 eggs, hard-boiled
    2 cans drained tuna
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or more
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, chopped in 1-inch squares
    olives (if desired)
    cocktail toothpicks
Preparation
    Mix chopped eggs, tuna and mayonnaise.
    Put heaping spoonful on slice of salami.
    Roll up.
    Stick with toothpick.
    Attach cheese and olive by poking in tuna/egg mixture.
