Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs (add one at a time)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling

Preparation

Mix well, except the pie filling,
and spread 1/2 batter in an oblong greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
Add cherry pie filling on top, then add the rest of the batter.
