Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until incorporated, but careful not to over-mix. Stir in mashed banana and sour cream. Pour into greased bread pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
