Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 avocados
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) c. chopped chilies
1 medium onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
dash of hot sauce
2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
Preparation

Peel and pit the avocados; mash them with a fork while blending in lemon juice.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
