Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, stir cream and butter until butter melts and cream barely comes to boil. Stir in sugars until dissolved. Reduce heat. Briskly whisk in salt and cocoa.
Remove from heat. Serve immediately or store in glass jar or covered non-plastic container.
