Pumpernickel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. rye flour
    2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix and cook corn meal and 1/2 cup water.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.
    To the corn meal, add potatoes, molasses, butter, salt, sugar and yeast.
    Combine flours.
    Add flour to mixture and work dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
    It may take more or less flour.
    Divide into thirds.
    Place in 3 greased pans. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Best in round pans.
