Orange-Pineapple-Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. juice (reserved pineapple plus orange juice)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. diced celery
2 c. whipped topping
1/4 c. mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put drained pineapple, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to boil and stir in jello until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add mixed juice.
Chill until it starts to gel.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Chill until set.
Cut in squares to serve on a lettuce leaf.
