Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Melt 1/2 of butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk; cook and stir until bubbly.
    Blend in cream cheese.
    Combine with vegetables in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with cheese. Sprinkle with crumbs tossed with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
