Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter or margarine
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients thoroughly.
Then sift together and add flour and salt.
Mix in nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased sheet (cookies do not spread). Bake until set, but not brown.
