Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces Swiss or round steak
    flour
    1 onion, sliced
    shortening
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Flour
    meat and brown on both sides
    in
    shortening
    in electric skillet at 400\u00b0.
    In saucepan, put all other ingredients and
    bring to a boil.
    Turn frypan back
    to
    240\u00b0.
    Pour heated mixture over meat and simmer about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
