Grated Potato Casserole(Yields 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 green pepper, cut up
1 small onion, quartered
4 medium potatoes, cubed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Put all ingredients in blender in order listed:
milk, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, butter, pepper, onion and potatoes.
Cover and run on high just until potatoes are through blades (don't overblend).
Pour into greased casserole and bake 1 hour.
