Microwave Fish Fillets Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 (1 1/2 lb.) fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    lemon slices
    1 tsp. Lawry's pepper
Preparation
    Toast almonds in microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
    Melt butter and blend with salt and pepper.
    Coat fillets in butter and arrange around a 2-quart glass dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with wax paper.
    Cook 6 to 8 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
    Rest for 5 minutes.
    Top with toasted almonds and serve with lemon slices.
    Yields 6 servings.
