Ingredients

1 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Egg Beaters
1/2 c. molasses
3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c. oat bran
1 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream the sugar, Butter Buds, molasses and Egg Beaters.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Mix contents of both bowls into 1 large bowl.
Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spray nonfat cooking spray on cookie sheet.
Dip the dough by tablespoon onto the cookie sheet.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until set and golden brown. Yields 8 dozen cookies.
