D.U.M.M. Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. loose-pack hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease glass pie plate (10-inch).
Cook sausage and onion in a skillet; stir frequently until fully cooked and drain.
Mix sausage, potatoes and 1 cup of cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth; pour over sausage mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on top; bake 2 minutes to melt cheese.
