Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    10 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; add melted oleo.
    Mix together.
    Return mixture to buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes. Freezes well.
