Marshmallow Refrigerator Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. (32) marshmallows
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1/2 c. pitted dates
Preparation

Cut marshmallows in quarters and pour water over them.
Add Eagle Brand, chopped nut meats, chopped dates and cracker crumbs. Blend thoroughly; form into roll or loaf about 6-inches long and 3-inches in diameter.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill in refrigerator 12 hours or longer.
To serve, cut in slices.
May be garnished with whipped cream.
(Loaf will keep moist for several days.) Serves 10.
