Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 baked pie shell
    Cool Whip (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
    Spread on bottom of pie shell, saving a little to spread on top of pie. Prepare pudding using 1 3/4 cups milk.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Chill. Pudding may also be prepared using 2 cups milk according to package directions.
