Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 medium onions, quartered
4 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
Mrs. Dash
Preparation

Shape beef into patties on a large sheet of aluminum foil in a large baking pan.
Top with vegetables.
Season with butter and other seasonings.
Wrap foil over the top and crimp closed.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
