Beef Log(Makes Five 1 Pound Logs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef (cheapest cut)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in refrigerator for 4 days.
    Every day, be sure to mix it well.
    On the 4th day, mold it into sausage size rolls and bake on rack in broiler pan for 8 hours at 200\u00b0.
