Becky'S Fish And Vegies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. orange roughy
1/4 lb. shrimp
1/4 lb. calamari
1/4 lb. scallops
olive oil
garlic
bay leaves
parsley
rosemary
salt and pepper
peas
onions
string beans
celery
carrots
pea pods
mushrooms
1 tomato
cayenne pepper and wine (optional)
Preparation
-
Brown garlic in oil.
Add vegetables, chopped.
Add seasonings and 1 tomato, sliced or quartered (wine optional).
Cover and simmer until vegetables are almost ready.
Add in fish, stir and cover until fish is cooked.
Serve with bread or over pasta.
