Apples And Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced apples (unpeeled)
1 to 2 lb. fresh yams, cooked and sliced
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Remove skin from yams; arrange apples and yams in shallow casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
