Crab Pecan Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
dash of garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. crab meat
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute in butter celery, onion, 1 cup pecans and garlic.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in crab and soup.
Slowly stir in milk and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into lightly greased 8-inch casserole. Top with crumbs, remaining pecans and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
