Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 carrot, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    In wok on medium-high heat, brown garlic in 2 tablespoons oil. Add beef (chicken, pork and shrimp); brown.
    Add vegetables, then soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
