Persimmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope whipped topping
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Prepare topping.
    Mix pulp, sugar and dry gelatin thoroughly. Add 1 cup topping and stir just enough to mix.
    Pour into pie shell and chill about 2 hours to set.
    Serve with whipped topping.
