Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked ground beef
    2 c. drained spinach
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. V-8 or Ragu sauce
    oregano, salt and pepper to taste
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except shredded cheese.
    In baking dish, layer meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serve with crusty warm rolls.
